Wednesday, 29 March 2006, Oil Development Company (ODC) signed a
3 – year renewable cooperation protocol with Kuwait Oil Company
(KOC).
The protocol aims at “enhancing cooperation between both
companies through the support and provision of KOC's services to
ODC”. As stated by Mr. Ali Al-Shammari, Deputy Managing Director
for Administration and Financial Affairs of KOC. " The scope of
the protocol covers office, engineering, financial and
commercial services, as well as IT, HR services and all other
services required by ODC.” He elaborated.

month we announced the launch of this important project, which
is designed to establish a common process to facilitate the
transfer of best practices across our organization. The
K-Companies participating in the project, working closely with
the consultants, have made significant progress in the first
month and are on-schedule to deliver plans and recommendations for
broader program implementation by the end of December.
