The Oil Development Company had “Ramadan’s Ghabqa” on Monday 15th of September 2008 at Hilton Al Manqaf Hotel with the attendance of a Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Hashim El Rifaai, and DMD (Corporate Support), Mr. Ali Al Shammari, as well as the ODC Management and Employees.
