When the Vision Project Team decided to roll-out the Vision Project to the KPC Subsidiary Companies, it designed a special awareness sessions headed by KPC’s Managing Directors.

But rather than have each Managing Director present to his company staff, the awareness program had been presented by K company MD’s to other staff in KPC and one of it Subsidiaries. Mr. Hashim Al-Rifaai Chairman and Managing Director ODC gave an over view on the project to PIC.

The presentations laid out the compelling case for change and the need for restructuring KPC/subsidiaries business and processes with the aim of enhancing performance of the oil sector in Kuwait to meet the challenging targets of becoming a world-class leader.

The presentation was followed by very active question and answer session, where all questions were addressed in transparent manner.
